Where is it?

Hotel rates are $89/night for single/double, $119 for a suite

You can make reservations by calling the hotel directly at 1-952-854-9000. Please use the code JEC to make sure that the hotel knows to give the correct rate and to credit the reservation to our room block. The convention rate is available until Monday, October 11, but you need to call the hotel to get the rate; it is no longer available via the hotel website.

What should I expect at Conjecture?

Pretty much the same thing you've seen at previous years when the equivalent convention was called Convivial. There will be food, gaming, and programming run by the inestimable Laura Krentz. Conjecture should be a relaxing weekend filled with conversation, activity, hanging around, and general enjoyment. Here's the most recent programming schedule.

Who's running Conjecture?

Beth Friedman is the chair, Laura Krentz is running programming, Tim Cooper is in charge of hospitality, and Seven Anderson is general dogsbody. Volunteers welcome!

How much is it?

Registration rates are $40 per person, same as last year. We'll probably have one-day registrations available at the door for $20 per day.
