The Minicon Exec recommendation group (Minicon 33 Exec plus previous Exec members) expects to recommend the Minicon 34 Exec to the Minn-stf Board of Directors at the August 21st Board meeting. The Board plans to take action on that recommendation at its September meeting, which will likely be held on September 18th.
The Minn-Stf Board of Directors hopes all Minn-Stf members will respond to the enclosed survey about Minicon. Survey forms and/or results will be shared among the Board and with club members who express interest. Should the Board decide to publish a Rune article or some other summary of the results that goes beyond the immediate community, individual respondents will be contacted for permission before specific quotes are used.
