Neil Gaiman's "A Study in Emerald" is a nominee for a Seiun (Japanese Hugo) award for translated short story; a dramatized version of his The Wolves In The Walls was presented in Glasgow in April. (source: Locus)
Gaiman and Pratchett's Good Omens reissue was #1 hc on the Barnes & Noble/B. Dalton and #8 on the Borders/Walden bestseller lists reported in the May Locus.
Local publisher: DreamHaven Books has issued Strange Birds by Gene Wolfe (chapbook containing two new short stories; illus. Lisa Snellings-Clark)
Jerry Stearns' radio adaptation of the Joe R. Lansdale short story, "God of the Razor," was produced by The Grist Mill (www.amfmtheatre.com), and premiered at the World Horror Convention, May 13 in San Francisco.
