Mog Decarnin, who for some years in the late 1980s lived in Minneapolis and attended MNStf functions, died on January 8 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. As "Camilla M. Decarnin," she was the 1985 Writers of the Future grand prize winner, published poetry in Tales Of The Unanticipated and elsewhere, co-edited the 1986 Alyson Books glbt sf anthology Worlds Apart, and was a well-known figure in slash fiction fandom.
