I'm in a recent townhouse development just to the southeast of Lake
Phalen.  The nearest major intersection is Maryland Ave and Johnson
Parkway. The other major landmark is the new BCA building which is
three blocks to the east of me.

Coming from Minneapolis and points west:

East on I-94 to North I-35E.
North on I-35E to the Maryland exit.
Turn east on Maryland.
You will cross Payne, Arcade (Hwy. 61), Forrest, Earl, and Johnson Parkway.
The development is on the north side of Maryland. My house is the third
in from the west end.

There is no parking on Maryland. There are 6 guest slots on the
service road for the development. There is a Jehovah's Witness chapel
next door. Do not park there. There is parking around the corner on
Clarence.
