The mailing party took under two hours for volunteers to label and stamp postcards. Postcards will be mailed as soon as the hotel contract is signed.
A group photo of the committee was taken by Fred A Levy Haskell. Nearly all committee members remembered to wear a Minicon or convention t-shirt. Each committee member will receive a copy of the photo.
Apparently this will take some effort to gather from ambivalent concom. We did get 5 pictures if you count both of the chairs. The pictures will be reproduced in the program book, "Can you identify your committee members."
The concom now has a two party team to run Programming, Beth Freidman and Lydia Nickerson. We now have a liaison for music Guest of Honor Steve McDonald, Mia McDavid. We also have a recording secretary for meetings, Glenn McDavid. New committee members received information packets that include contact info for other concom etc.
