This year we're including on our web page listing the names of our current members. Along with your name, wee can include a link to your home page. Be sure to let us know if you do not want to be listed on our web page.
Memberships are transferable but not refundable. Our deadlines are based on postmarks, not on receipt of registration forms. So if it's the last minute, please don't spend any extra money for overnight delivery — just make sure the postmark beats the deadline!
A fannish use-name is OK so long as it only contains ASCII characters. Yes, your badge name can be Galadriel; but, no, it can't be Galadriel in Elvish.
