Meeting called to order at 5:00 PM after Minicon post-mortem.

Agenda: air cleaners and next meeting.


Air cleaners:
Discussion:   The air cleaners seemed to help the allergic group.  The large
one was twice as effective.  There was a question of storage and transportation
to and from events.  Also what kind of use will occur at the storage place
during non Minn-STF functions.

With a projected rough budget of $9,000 - $10,000 is this kind of capital
expenditure a fiscally responsible use of clubs money.  With the prices
given us and the money already paid as rental which can be applied, this
does seem to be the time to purchase.

A concensus [sic] was reached by the board members present to purchase one large
unit and one small unit.
