Next Meeting: April 24, 7:30pm at Karen's.

Survey: Polly brought a tally of the MNStf survey results; most respondents were non attendees;
changes in date and starting time were not opposed; activities are favored.  We agreed to go to a starting
time of 2:30pm, and to change the schedule from every other Saturday to the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of
the month.  This allows people who work every other Saturday to attend at least some meetings.  We
discussed changing the voting requirement since the number of regularly scheduled meetings drops
from 26 to 24, but agreed that with Minicon meetings counting, past and future changes for holiday parties
and such, and the option of our declaring any appropriate gathering to be an official meeting for voting
purposes, that a change to the bylaws is not required at this time.

We briefly discussed the Trainor manifesto, and will return to these topics after Minicon.  Also after Minicon
we will have a 'whither Rune' discussion, a detailed report from Eric Heideman on the status of TOTU, and
discussion of further capital expenses (i.e. beermeister) and storage.

Officers: current all publication editors have accepted reappointment.  They are: Thomas Keeley,
OTML; Dennis Lien: Einblatt; Marianne Hageman, Hotline; Jeff Schalles, Rune; Eric Heideman, TOTU.
Executive VP Steven K. Zoltan Brust; Corresponding Secretary Polly Jo Peterson; Membership
Secretary Laura Krentz; Recording Secretary Karen Cooper; Treasurer Julie Johnson; Quartermaster
Mark Richards; Librarian (renamed Archivist) Kay Drache, and VPDP Thomas Keeley were also appointed.
The candidates for President and Vice President had not accepted at this writing.

We spent the remainder of our time discussing possible meeting places for MNStf, and came up with the
following list.  People we are sure will host one or more meetings: Rob, Andre, Karen C., Polly, Dean,
Sharon, Marianne.  People who will probably host a meeting: Shannon, Steve B., Kris, Don & Margo, Cat &
Greg, Kay, Martin S.  People we can ask: Glenn & Sandy, Page & Jan, Susan Ryan, Sue Feltes, Steve
Glenon, Geri & Jeff, Julie Johnson, Mike & Linda, Barb & David, Tom J., Siybil Smith, Joel & Felicia, Denny
& Terry, Thomas K.
