sense for us.  Does it shield us from alcohol-related claims?

It costs $625 annually at a minimum.  Scott feels it is not worth it. 
DD-B thinks it would not cover our actual risks.  It covers malicious
acts by officers or directors.  Matt doesn't think the money is worth it.

* Minicon 57

All checks cashed.  Since we made a nice profit, shall we reimburse green room
and music for over budget expenses?  Yes, partially.  Once that's settled,
Minicon 57 is done.

* Minicon 58

Hotel concom meetings planned.  Rest need to be scheduled.  All is
fine.

* Minicon 59

Now have two GoH.  Working on a hotel contract.  Making sure to have 
enough function rooms in the contract.  They have a few new ones.

* Minicon 60

Matt would like to chair it.  He should find a vice-chair.  Unanimous
approval.

* A fallcon in 2024

Stacey is working on finding a hotel space at the right price that
could be handed to someone willing to chair it.  Maybe the weekend before
Halloween.

* Minneapolis in 2073

We had a two-night party at the Buffalo NASFiC.  Came out with about
$200 more than we went in with.  PR12 is going out in the mail shortly.
