Professional Java Custom UI Components, by Kenneth F. Krutsch, David S. Cargo, and Virgina Howlett, was published in August, 2001, by Wrox Press, Ltd., Birmingham, UK. It is an advanced Java programming book, part of Wrox's "Programmer to Programmer" series. David wrote two of the chapters.
