The Secret History of Fantasy (ed. Peter Beagle) reprints "26 Monkeys, Also the Abyss" by Kij Johnson and "Snow, Glass, Apple" by Neil Gaiman. The Urban Fantasy Anthology (ed. Beagle and Joe R. Lansdale) reprints "The Goldfish Pool and Other Stories" by Gaiman and "A Bird That Whistles" by former local Emma Bull.

Neil Gaiman, "The [Backspace] Merchants" is a new story in Gateways (the Pohl tribute anthology; ed. Elizabeth Anne Hull) and his "Eaten (Scenes from a Motion Picture" is reprinted in Darkness (ed.
