Subject: Einblatt Addendum (November 2022)


Hey look, it's an addendum! I got one late announcement and an email of dissatisfaction, so I figured I'd address both.

The late announcement:
Minn-STF is participating in Give to the Max day on November 17th. You can read about it here: https://www.givemn.org/organization/Minnesota-Science-Fiction-Society-Incorporated

As for the mistakes, I appear to have made two:
First, it seems I've been unintentionally misleading people by announcing Minn-STF TBA events from the calendar. I always call these "theoretical meetings" to reflect that they're not fully committed to anything, but as it turns out they're a lot less committal than I thought. So they've been removed from the calendar and I won't be announcing them in future Einblatts.

Second, to clarify: I didn't mean to deny the possibility of a December Einblatt. That's just poor word choice on my end. I just didn't have anything to announce last year, and thought this year may be no different. Einblatts are always possible, assuming
there are things to announce.

If you DO have things to announce, let me know at einblatt@mnstf.org. Be sure to let me know before December actually starts, even as late as the 30th. I don't like writing addendums.
