Dealers' Room
Historically also known as the Huxter's Room. Where does the apostrophe go? No one knows!
Expect sellers of various wares, including plenty of books, jewelry, gaming accessories, etc.
How to apply for a table in the dealer's room
If you'd like a table to sell your products, promote your book, podcast, etc., please e-mail dealers@minicon58.mnstf.org with the following information:
- Name
- Business Name
- Address
- Phone number, and whether this number can receive texts
- Email address
- Each vendor and worker needs to be registered.
- What you will be selling or advertising
- Recommended: Your tax ID number, or provide a completed form ST19
- How many tables do you want? They are 30" by 6'.
- Each space is 10'x10' with one table and two chairs per space.
- Have you had a table at Minicon before? When was the last time?
Tables are $50 each, and if you'd like an electric hookup, that is an additional $30.
If you are an Author selling your books your cost is $40 you will have a table in the hallway. You will also need to be registered for the convention. The tables will be 6ft by 18 in. Space in the vendor hall will be set aside for night storage. Tables will be marked as not for use in the evenings.
