How to apply for a table in the dealer's room

Submission of an Application Form is required for consideration but is not a guarantee of being approved. Once approved, your registration is not complete until payment is received. If you need to cancel for any reason, please contact us directly. Vendor registration is not refundable or transferable to another vendor unless approved by MiniCon staff.

We have a Dealers Room and an Author Alley, which have different features and costs.

Dealer's Room Table

Each space is $55, plus individual registration for all staff.

Each $55 space is 10’ x 10’ and comes with one 30” x 6’ table, with two chairs. Additional tables are not available; plan to bring your own.

These spaces are in a room that will be locked when not open.

If a dealer wants a second space, be sure to include that in the interest form information. Second spaces are not guaranteed and dependent on number of applicants.

Author Alley Table

Each table is $40, plus individual registration for all staff.

Each $40 table is 30” x 6’, with two chairs. These tables are located in an unlocked area and will need to be cleared each evening. We will have a locked holding location to store your items overnight. Tables will be marked as not for use in the evenings.

Authors are limited to one table. Authors can also choose to share a table with up to one additional author. (Aka, two authors max per table.)

Note: all Dealers and Authors must give an ST-19 form to the Dealers Chair before they set up.

Hours:

Thursday, April 2nd
  • 4pm – 9pm is DEALER ROOM SETUP (sorry, not author alley)
Friday, April 3rd
  • 8am – 10am is set up for Authors Alley and final setup for Dealers
  • 10am – 7pm we are open for business!
Saturday, April 4th
  • 9:30am we will have the rooms open for dealer/author access
  • 10am – 7pm we are open for business!
Sunday, April 5th
  • 9:30am we will have the rooms open for dealer/author access
  • 10am – 2pm we are open for business! (Please do not start tear down until 2pm. No need to rush.)
