MINUTES
of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the MINNESOTA SCIENCE
FICTION SOCIETY, INC., held at 343 E. 19th St., Apt. 1B, in Minneapolis.
    The meeting was called to order at 9 PM on 1 April, 1976.
Present were Directors Appelbaum, Fletcher, Wixon and Haskell.
    The Board unanimously approved and ordered reimbursement for
expenses incurred on behalf of MNSTF by D. Lien (for election
expenses) and D. Wixon (for staples to be used for RUNE).
    The Board also unanimously (4-0) voted to put $70.00 into
the bulk mailing account.
    The meeting adjourned at 9:07 PM.
