Before we had a quorum:
Kevin dropped off receipts, would like to do a party @ marscon next year.

After we had a quorum:
yes, but remind us

Karen Cooper called - regarding looking for a new Minicon hotel - how many
rooms and what function space requirement? She needs an answer by 6/22 or we
need to find a new searcher

Martin's off the top of his head: 3+ programming rooms, some breakout space,
500-1500 warm body count, bridge, program prep, hucksters, artshow. Martin
guesses any 200-300 room hotel would do, a convenient overflow hotel "just
in case" would be nice. Examples: Radisson Metrodome, Doubletree @ turner's
crossroads

Scott to ask the Concom list for their input.

Scott - I heard from Susan Levy Haskell - the non-profit people are MAP-NP.
I still need to decipher their web-site.

OTML: Dean talked to Corwin, he has a diagram of all tables almost completed
- 95% of documentation completed. Some particular functionality for Minicon
not yet in. Dean &/or Martin will urge Corwin to continue.

Larry - we should file last year's taxes even if the prior year's is not
complete. Still in search of missing 99 data. Missing is the Minicon bank
account statements from 99.

Martin recalls Kay denying all knowledge of tax returns - we'll have to get
copies from Judy maybe? Try to make certain Kay gets them in the future.

I'm to print a new directory the first week in July.
