Minnstf board minutes for March 17, 2012

Attendance: Hershey Lima, Scott Raun, Dean Gahlon, Beth Friedman,
Emily Stewart

There was discussion of officer selection. Because this was a closed
meeting, only the names of the selectees who have agreed to take the
position will be named.

Carole Vandal has accepted the position of President.

There was a nomination for a Vice President and that person was not
available at the meeting. Hershey will contact that person and
ask if there is interest in the Vice President Position. After the
meeting, Steven Brust accepted the position of Vice President.

Carol Kennedy is willing to continue as Treasurer and Correspondence
Secretary. Laura Krentz is willing to continue as Membership
Secretary. Scott Raun is willing to continue as Einblatt editor.

After the meeting, it was determined by email that Matt Strait is
willing to continue on as Archivist, Eric Forste is willing to continue
on as Web Wrangler.

The next meeting is Saturday, April 14th at 2:00PM at the home of Beth
Friedman - 6915 10th Ave. S., Richfield, MN.
