but presumably 1st Saturday in March.  Voting meeting at Dreampark 3rd Saturday
in March.

== Meetings ==

Matt notes that neither the Einblatt nor the Google calendar had the address
of today's Minnstf meeting.  The Einblatt is late, and the lack of an address
in the Google calendar seems to have been just an oversight, since the last
several meetings have had addresses listed.  We might just mention it to DD-B,
who is the only person with access to edit the Google calendar.

Matt sent in his final financial report.  The books are closed, and the money
has been moved to its final resting place.

Hershey will be talking to the hotel this week to see if we can have the dates
we want.  Then Matt will put in a formal proposal to the board.

Things are proceeding apace.

We have chairs!  Don and Sharla Stremski have agreed to chair!  Emily is going
to help them with putting in a formal proposal to the board.  Emily says that
they plan for continuity and hope to increase inclusively and diversity.

* Minneapolis in 2073

We plan a 1 day party at Capricon, Matt thinks Friday.  All the PR10s have gone
out.

Scott is considering stepping down from Einblatt, but will be figuring it out.
