same thing.

announce lists and the einblatt01 user.  Joe P and Clay have access to the
minicon01 account (just the websites of current Minicons), and Joe P, Clay and
Kevin have access to the mnstf01 account (all other webpages).

For the next year, we certainly can keep our box number (8297). We don't
know what's going to happen when they build the new post office. The
post office is asking us to fill in some paperwork so they know who is
supposed to be picking up our mail. We have not given them the paperwork
yet.

We will get at least two keys, but it is cheap to get a few more, like
$8 each. Linda and Aaron will get keys in addition to Hershey. Linda
will be a regular mail-picker-upper. Aaron will just be a backup. So
Linda and Hershey will be correspondence secretaries.

We are now postponed to 2022.  We have no financial obligation to the hotel
for 2021.  At some point con planning will restart.  Aaron is working to get
a smaller required room block and a gentler penalty schedule as a function of
how much we miss the room block by.

Hershey is interested in starting to talk to the hotel.  Matt says great.
Any weekend between Labor day and Halloween, non-inclusive.  Columbus Day
weekend preferred.  Later preferred for more vaccination.
