Minnstf board meeting at the voting meeting March 25, 2023, online, on
Discord.

Attending board members: Matt Strait (recording), Scott Raun, David
Dyer-Bennet, Linda Lounsbury, Isaac Schneider.

We agree to use this meeting only for officer selection and not the
whole agenda of a regular meeting. We set our next meeting for Saturday
April 22, 1pm. On Jitsi.

President: We'd like Sharon, Matt has messaged her

Vice President: We'd like Dean, Matt has messaged him

Treasurer (really: speaker to banks): Irene will continue

Assistant treasurer (really: bookkeeper, check writer): We'd like to
keep Carol, Scott will ask her.

We're happy to keep the main account and Minicon account signers the
same.

Scott points out that we need to add the signers for our new Minicon
bank accounts to the officer list on the website.

We need to ask Aaron if he wants to continue being our contact for
Vanguard. We also are offering for him to take over Irene's position as
speaker-to-banks ("treasurer"). Matt has messaged him.

Correspondence Secretary: We're happy with it continuing to be Hershey
and Linda. Linda accepts. Hershey accepted by text later.

Membership Secretary: Scott will continue.

Cheer Secretary: Scott will ask Carol.

Einblatt Editor: Is anyone interested? We're willing for an editor to do
whatever they like with this role; it doesn't have to be exactly like
previous Einblatt editors have implemented it. We're looking for some
way to try to reach people who manage not to be reached by e-mail, the
Google Calendar, Facebook, etc. It doesn't have to look like a monthly
newsletter. Isaac says that he'll do it.

Rune Editor: Matt will continue, and he's thinking of working on getting
further guest editors.

Archivist: Matt will continue.

Quartermaster: Isaac is bowing out. Matt would like to table this for
our next meeting.

Director of the Fan Photo Archive: DD-B will continue.
