Minnstf board meeting, of the new board, March 16, 2024.

Attending board members: Matt Strait (recording), Lilly Watson, DD-B, 
Linda Lounsbury, Scott Raun.

We decided to just choose a president and set the next meeting. We are 
happy with Sharon continuing as president, and she agrees.

Next meeting will be by videoconference, Tuesday April 16, 6pm.

Also, Matt says we probably have to pay ASCAP. Scott confirms he's 
working on it.
