This is a scan and OCR done in 2019. I have corrected OCR errors, but left original errors intact. Everything inside square brackets, (e.g "[sic]") is added by me. Others will be going out (about 5 more). * Publication notices were passed out to all book dealers at Minicon, and sent (along with an ad flyer for TOTU) to about fifteen specialty book stores and dealers. Others will be going out soon. * I expect we will be getting reviews from STAR*LINE, SCAVENGERS, SHORT FORM, MOSP and a few others, but it will take a few months, due to lead time. I expect we will get individual mail orders then, as well. * I will be visiting area bookstores this week and the next, to try to place copies. * Comments: Comments I heard at Minicon were favorable. People commented on the cover and the contents. Ken Fletcher said it looked"User Friendly" and others made similar comments. THe idea for the pink cover was Eleanor's, and I drew up a rough sketch for Erin, telling her that we wanted something witty and friendly, but not silly, and I think she did a good job. Several people came up to me at the con and said in tones of astonishment: "This is fun!" (I thought, Just wait til we get you to the State of the Art Hard stuff, kiddo....) At least one person asked if the cover was for sale (the original art work) and I had the satisfaction of telling them I had already bought it myself. All of the peots [sic] liked to book, even Cassandra O'Malley, whose peom [sic] got reversed. Tom Digby was especially pleased, and added that he was sorry he couldn't make it to the convention, but last minute problems prevented him.
