Hotel Dining
The Harvest Café Restaurant is located within the hotel. They serve a hearty Midwestern breakfast buffet from 6am ’til 10am each day for $9.99. (Rumor has it that kids 12 and under eat for free). Their regular hours are 6am ’til 2pm and they serve supper from 4:30pm ’til 11pm According to the menu posted outside the restaurant, appetizers will run you $7 - $10, entrees run $14 - $24, salads are $9 - $10, desserts will run you $4 - $5. These may be dinner prices, there might be cheaper lunch options available.
The Greenhouse Lounge is the hotel bar. They’re open from 11am ’til 1am Monday through Saturday; 11am ’til 10pm on Sundays. It appears to be quite spacious, we haven’t yet had a chance to check it out. They also serve food (per the website: “Our Greenhouse Lounge also offers a full service menu for lunch, dinner and Happy Hour Specials Monday – Friday”).
Restaurants in the Mall of America
Shuttles run regularly between the hotel and the Mall of America (depart the hotel at the top of the hour between 10am and 10pm Mon - Sat; 11am and 7pm on Sundays).

Restaurants in the mall probably keep similar hours, though you should check their websites or give them a call to doublecheck.
