Minicon 33 Registration Form

This form cannot be submitted electronically. This online copy exists only so that you can print it out and submit it on paper.

You can fill out this form online and print it out. Be sure to set your window size so that your printer can fit a line from the window across the physical paper; otherwise the format of the form will be badly butchered, making both you and us unhappy.

When you have legible hardcopy, mail it to Minicon 33, P.O. Box 8297, Lake Street Station, Minneapolis MN 55408. Don't forget to include payment in US funds! [payable to: Minicon 33] The deadlines for the various registration prices are postmark deadlines. There is a $20 fee for bounced checks.
