Minicon 33 Sleeping Room Request Form

All rooms at the Minicon rate in the official Minicon hotels are allocated by the Minicon hotel department. To reserve a sleeping room, you must fill out and return this form, either from one of the progress reports, or by printing out and mailing in this online form.

All forms postmarked by 15-Oct-97 (and received not too long thereafter) will receive priority consideration. Forms sent later will be handled on a space-available basis.
