This year childcare will be offered Friday April 21st. from 5p.m. to 10p.m., Saturday the 22nd from 11a.m. to 10p.m., and Sunday the 23rd from 12p.m. to 3p.m. These hours are tentative but I don’t expect any major changes. Childcare is for children 16 months to 10 years of age.

I have hired 4 preschool teachers to work that weekend. Lynae Fuglie will be supervising childcare, she has a Bachelors Degree in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota and is currently a preschool teacher. Information about the other teachers credentials will be available prior to the convention.

Childcare will be run very similar to last year. We will accept 12 to children depending on the size of our space. Please bring everybody who is allowed to pick up your child the 1st time you visit childcare. A Polaroid picture will be taken at that time and used to identify all persons allowed to retrieve your child. We will also be passing out pagers for anyone who doesn’t have one so that we can contact you immediately if necessary. You may leave your child for up to 4 hours at a time after which you must take them out for a one hour break. There is a 12 hour limit per child over the course of the weekend so please plan accordingly.

Once again we will have a schedule of activities and guests available Friday the 21st.. After your Polaroid has been taken, you will be given a packet of information and rules along with permission slips before leaving your child.
