The Bar at Minicon 59

As per tradition, Minicon will have a bar. If you're not familiar, it is a chill space where everyone is welcome. We always have beer, wine, and whatever weird booze people want to donate. And of course, there will be BLOG(TM). There is an "annex" space next to the bar where different activities may happen like trivia or tastings.
