Please please please fill it out for any room for the convention. It is for any room. Did I mention you should fill it out even if you want a regular room? You should. How about a cabana? Yes, fill out the form. Want an in-room hot-tub, then yes, fill out the form. Do you need a special room to accomodate your needs? Fill out the form.

When you fill out this form, it lets us tell the hotel how much interest we have in filling rooms. Depending on what you want and the available rooms, we will either assign you to a Garden Court room, or you will receive an email directing you to book a regular room when these are ready to book.

To prevent noise complaints, we assign all rooms surrounding the Garden Court. To encourage members to help, we have negotiated a reduced rate for the Garden Court rooms so they are the same as regular rooms, both at $132/night plus tax. We have 45 standard Garden Court rooms (2 double beds, $132/night), 2 Jr Whirlpool suites (1 king bed, $168/night), and 2 large parlor suites (parties and longer length stays will have priority, $168/night).

If you want a Garden Court room, you must fill out this form by Tuesday February 3, 2026. However, these rooms are first-come first-serve and may run out before this date.

Quieter regular rooms (2 double beds or kings) are not in the Garden Court and available at the Minicon 59 rate of $132/night.

The final deadline for booking all rooms is Wednesday March 4, 2026.
