Garden Court Cabana Room Renovations The hotel recently informed Minicon that a section of the Garden Court cabana rooms will be undergoing renovations during Minicon,
meaning 19 of the rooms we had planned to use will unfortunately not be available. The hotel has asked us to pass along their sincere apologies for the disruption.
We know many members request these rooms because of their close proximity to convention spaces, and we understand how important that is.
The hotel also understands this and has assured us that they will work with us to make this change as easy as possible.
If your cabana room was affected, please email hotel@minicon59.mnstf.org
with your room priorities so we can place you in the best available option. Your preferences may include things such as:
- Being as close as possible to convention space
- A larger room (at the same cost). The Vista Tower has many remodeled larger rooms with king beds or two queen beds
- King bed or two queen beds
- An accessible room with a walk-in shower
- Special Accommodations If you require specific accommodations (for example connecting rooms, accessible rooms, or a walk-in shower), please email hotel@minicon59.mnstf.org with your request. We will coordinate with the hotel to ensure your reservation is set up correctly.
If you have any questions regarding the hotel, please email @ hotel@minicon59.mnstf.org.
