Minicon 13
Minicon 13 was held 24–26 March 1978 at the Leamington Hotel (Minneapolis). Guests of honor were Samuel R. Delany (pro), Spider Robinson (fan) and Bob Tucker (artist [which was kinda a joke]). Krissy was toastmaster. The executive committee was Jan Appelbaum, Margie Lessinger, Jim Odbert, Jerry Stearns and Dave Wixon.
Membership
Dave Romm remembered that a membership of 800 was announced for Minicon 13 at a concom meeting in the Minicon 15 era.
We also have a box of registration cards that might be organized to arrive at a better number. It has roughly 750 cards in it, in two styles, suggesting pre-reg and at-the-door, so the rough figure of 800 is probably the total of these.

Scans are available here in a range of qualities and file sizes. Most people want the middle column, in which the files have been substantially cleaned up to remove the grain of the paper, bleed through from adjacent pages, etc., but are still high resolution. The right column has the scans reduced to monochrome and to the smallest legible size.
